Three levels of support, depending on how much you need during the selection stage.

Consultation meeting

A single meeting that gives you a clear direction before you start choosing.

  • A meeting of up to around two hours
  • Going through the apartment plans and the developer's specification
  • Defining style and budget
  • A clear direction for the selections and upgrades

Guidance package

Preparation in advance and close support at the showroom on selection day.

  • A preparation meeting
  • Up to around 5 hours of support at the showroom
  • Choosing flooring, tiles, bathroom fixtures and taps
  • Coordinating the elements and finalizing the selections

Full apartment guidance

Support throughout the main selection stage, across all of the developer's suppliers.

  • Tiles and flooring
  • Bathroom fixtures and taps
  • Doors
  • Kitchen and countertops
  • Colors and materials
  • Several meetings with the developer's suppliers

Lighting and further selections can be added as needed.
